As Co-Founder & Managing Partner at Quatrihub, Aleksandra Kaczmarek is responsible for the company’s operational management. She oversees relationships with business partners, supervises project execution, and coordinates the work of internal departments. Additionally, she leads the legal team.

She is a qualified attorney-at-law and focuses her practice on real estate matters. She has advised clients on the legal and factual status of properties and has extensive experience in asset management, including lease agreements for office, warehouse, and retail premises. Aleksandra has supported both Polish and international clients in the sale and acquisition of properties, as well as construction and investment projects, including joint ventures. Her experience includes advising on transactions carried out with entities such as Panattoni, Garbe, GLP, Capital Park, Trigea, Indotek, Asbud, and Blackstone, including one of the largest shopping center deals in Europe in 2022. Earlier in her career, she gained experience at top-tier law firms such as Baker McKenzie and, most recently, Greenberg Traurig.

As Co-Founder & Managing Partner at Quatrihub, Michał Pluciński is responsible for the operational management of the company. He manages relationships with business partners, supervises project delivery, coordinates departmental work and oversees investor relations.

He is a professional who thrives in fast-paced environments within the real estate sector, with a focus on transactions and property investments. For several years, he was part of the Capital Markets team at Panattoni, one of the largest developers in the industrial sector. Michał is target-oriented and committed to closing deals that meet strategic investment objectives. His technical background, combined with investment expertise, has enabled him to successfully execute nearly 100 transactions, including the record-breaking sale of the BTS Amazon facility in Świebodzin. Throughout his career, he has worked with prominent companies such as Blackstone, Invesco, Kajima, AEW, Daishin, Markaz and Qatar Investment Authority.

Kamil is responsible for shaping the company’s capital strategy, structuring complex joint ventures and developing strategic partnerships with institutional investors. He also supports the platform’s international expansion and long-term growth.

He brings over a decade of experience in real estate capital markets. Prior to joining Quatrihub, Kamil spent several years at Panattoni, most recently as Senior Director Capital Markets Europe. During his tenure, he was involved in raising and deploying capital across more than 400 logistics projects with a combined Gross Development Value exceeding €10 billion, while supporting the company’s expansion across 14 international markets. Throughout his career, Kamil has worked with leading global institutional investors, including JP Morgan, Morgan Stanley, Invesco, AEW and CBRE IM. A CFA Charterholder since 2012, he combines strong financial expertise with extensive experience in complex transaction structures and institutional partnerships.

Cezary Szmydki currently holds the position of Business Development Director at Quatrihub. He has many years of experience in the commercial real estate sector, specializing in business development, strategic partnership sourcing and comprehensive management of investment processes in warehouse and land development.

He combines strong business development capabilities with deep expertise in financial structuring and negotiations, enabling him to identify and deliver projects aligned with the expectations of institutional and private investors. Cezary gained his professional experience at renowned organizations such as Citi Handlowy, BNP Paribas Real Estate and leading investment firms, where he was responsible for developing relationships with key clients and structuring complex transactions. He has executed numerous land acquisitions and disposals for industrial and service-related developments, working closely with developers, investment funds and logistics operators.

Patrycja Wiesemann is responsible for leasing strategy, business development and managing relationships with tenants and business partners at Quatrihub. With a legal background, she specializes in the leasing of logistics and industrial real estate, combining strong negotiation skills with a thorough understanding of tenants’ business needs.

Prior to joining Quatrihub, Patrycja gained extensive experience at CTP Invest Poland, where she was responsible for tenant acquisition, lease negotiations and the development of leasing strategies across the company’s portfolio. She has worked on transactions for both Polish and international tenants across key logistics markets in Poland, including Warsaw, Gdańsk, Opole and Iłowa. Over the course of her leasing career, she has been responsible for transactions covering more than 300,000 m² of industrial and logistics space. Patrycja combines hands-on leasing expertise with a relationship-driven approach to business development. She focuses on building long-term partnerships and developing solutions that address tenants’ current operational requirements while supporting their future growth. At Quatrihub, her experience strengthens the company’s commercial capabilities and supports the successful leasing and development of its logistics and industrial projects.

Paweł Januszkiewicz is an experienced professional with a long-standing background in project management across the logistics, industrial, and energy sectors. He has led numerous investment projects for companies such as Panattoni, Segro, and Goodman, serving as Project Manager. ver the years, he has supervised numerous complex construction projects, including the modernization of production facilities, warehouse developments, and technical infrastructure, covering the full project lifecycle – from technical due diligence, through construction supervision, to final project handover.

His portfolio includes some of the largest warehouse developments in Poland, such as a production facility in Stryków (93,000 m²), a logistics center in Janki (37,500 m²), and a logistics complex in Lublin with a total area of 75,000 m². He has overseen key developments in projects with a total area of nearly 800,000 m². In many of these projects, he also oversaw accompanying infrastructure works, including gas, power, sewage, and road networks. He has extensive experience working with key tenants from the logistics, e-commerce, retail, and manufacturing sectors.

Mateusz Wieczorkowski currently holds the position of Land Acquisition Manager at Quatrihub. He has been active in the real estate market for several years, with a strong focus on identifying and acquiring investment land.

He developed his expertise as a land acquisition specialist by participating in numerous transactions involving plots designated for commercial and residential developments and by engaging actively in industry events. During his tenure at CAVATINA Group, he held the role of Land Acquisition Specialist, where he was responsible for sourcing land for multifamily residential and office projects. He managed the entire acquisition process, from evaluating investment potential and leading negotiations to finalizing transactions. Currently, he operates in the industrial and logistics real estate sector, leveraging his experience in site selection, urban planning analysis and acquisition processes for both logistics and industrial development projects.

Piotr Lembas serves as Chief Financial Officer at Quatrihub, where he is responsible for finance, planning and budgeting, reporting, and securing debt financing. He supports the team in strategic financial management, project structuring, and ensuring the company’s financial stability and efficiency.

He is an experienced professional in investments, corporate finance, and private wealth management (Family Office). For over a decade, he has delivered projects involving valuations, financial modeling, investment strategies, and the development of diversified portfolios covering real estate, private debt, private equity, and growth investments. He has gained experience within Family Office structures, transaction advisory, and through managing his own business ventures. Currently, at Kulczyk Investments, he serves as Corporate Finance Manager, where he is responsible for the execution of the strategy and oversight of the Group’s real estate assets, treasury and liquidity management, securing bank financing, and executing new investment projects. Previously, as Investment Manager at the QVP Family Office, he was responsible for the full investment process in private debt and real estate, delivering multiple investment projects. His financial and investment expertise strengthens Quatrihub’s capabilities in structuring and scaling investment projects.
